Sick of feeling claustrophobic in your 2 person tent?
Read this MSR Fury Tent Review & discover the Fury HP, the best 2 man tent that comfortably fits 2 adults
Do you ever feel like your two-person tent is really made for one small adult? Well, you won't with the Fury tent. Not even close.
With an incredibly spacious interior (36 square feet), you won't feel cramped with a fellow camper sharing your shelter.
You can even fit three people in there in a jam. But for a palace-like comfort, the Fury HP 2 tent is best experienced with just two people.
The Fury is a four-season tent, meaning it's as tough and durable as they come.
Stand it up in the wind, rain, sleet, or snow, and rest easy knowing that it will keep you safe, dry, and warm.
We here at Camping Tent Reviews have often commended MSR for selling really great products. And this time is no different.
MSR creates some of the best camping gear & equipment. While some are certainly better than others (for instance, forget the MSR Hubba Hubba and move directly on to the MSR Mutha Hubba tent), most of them are more than worth the number on their price tags.
But the Fury is one you should not overlook. Sure, there are drawbacks. There always are.

But the benefits of choosing the Fury camping tent cannot be ignored
Below, we'll take a closer look at both.
Here are a few of this 2 man tent's best features:
But there are certainly some drawbacks to this model, as well.
While most campers are pleased to no end by the Fury's performance, there are some who wish it could be better.
Here are a few reasons why that might be:
Through torrential rain, high winds, and heavy snow, the Fury HP tent stands strong.
You never have to worry about this shelter collapsing on you in severe weather. It can take a beating with the best of them.
Not only will it stands tall against the rain, but this tent will keep it out as well. The Fury's fly and floor are coated with polyurethane, making them super waterproof to protect you and your gear.
Finally, for a two person tent, 36 square feet is a huge amount of interior space.
By all accounts, setting up the MSR Fury tent is far more difficult than assembling a tent should ever be.
Even with the manual in hand, expect to spend at least a half an hour putting the Fury up on your first try. It will get easier with time, but it will never be easy.
For so much interior space, it's a shame the vestibule isn't bigger (9 square feet). You don't need much more space for just two campers, but it makes entering and exiting the shelter a bit cumbersome and awkward.
At just under $500, this is an expensive tent. Is it worth that much money?
That's a question you'll have to answer for yourself. For many, it's enough of a turn-off that this shelter is passed over for other 4 season tents.
||Consumers don't like:
If you have the money and the patience to spend a long time pitching it, you should consider buying this tent.
It's as durable as anything on the market, standing up to all the elements with gusto and confidence. It will keep you dry in even the most torrential storms and you'll never feel like your space is limited on the inside.
The MSR Fury isn't for everybody--with a $500 price tag, how could it be? It is, however, a terrific two person tent that should be at the top of your list to explore further.
If you do decide to buy the Fury, we highly recommend buying the MSR Fury footprint as well. This added protection will keep your tent working in top condition years after it otherwise would.
